" 8 Holmans Meadow is a good size three / four bedroom family bungalow which has been maintained to a high standard and further comprises lounge, kitchen with sun breakfast room, family bathroom and integral single garage which has been converted to a family / hobby room and could easily be used as a fourth bedroom.  Off road parking, front and rear gardens with outstanding views over countryside.  Heating is supplied by thermostatically controlled German made radiators. 

The property occupies an elevated plot within a small estate development on the edge of the quiet village of Lawhitton.     The property is flanked by farmland and enjoys stunning views eastwards over the rolling pasture scenery of the Tamar Valley.    Lawhitton has a church and offers quiet country walks without a great deal of through traffic.   

The former market town of Launceston, includes 24 hour food supermarket and access to the A30 dual carriageway is within 2 miles.    Launceston provides a full range of social, commercial and shopping facilities.   

Eastwards (42 miles) is the city of Exeter providing intercity rail link, international airport and M5 motorway link.   To the south of Lawhitton, Plymouth (28 miles) provides continental ferry port and intercity rail link.
