" The property is a spacious three bedroom end of terrace house positioned in the centre of the town within walking distance of the shops and cafes. There is a spacious hallway which leads into both a study area and an L-shaped lounge diner which has a uPVC double glazed window to the front elevation. From the lounge / diner a door leads to the kitchen which has a shower room and W.C. off also leading out into a sun room with views over the town, in turn this leads out onto a decked area to enjoy the evening sun and views back into the town centre. The parking is a car port under the sun lounge at the rear of the property and is approached via a drive to the side of the property. On the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom with the main bedroom again having views back to the town. The property also benefits from gas central heating and whilst requiring some modernisation is an extremely handy place for those wishing to be near the towns amenities.
