LOCATION The property lies in an elevated position on a valley hillside close to Seaton Beach and the beautiful countryside park. The breathtaking views dominate the accommodation and gardens. Seaton, together with its neighbour of Downderry, provide a wide range of facilities including pubs, shops, beach cafe, restaurant, primary school and doctors surgery. There is a regular bus service and the main line railway station can be accessed at St Germans.
