" We are delighted to offer this unique opportunity to purchase this substantial family home which is currently being used as a bed and breakfast. It is situated just off the High Street and has off-street parking and four garages available, which offers plenty of potential. The Pend has been run successfully by the current proprietors since 1997. During this time the business has grown and been developed offering high quality accommodation and food to guests and now enjoys high levels of repeat custom and trade by way of recommendation. This Georgian end of terrace, early 1830?s built property is made of traditional stone construction under a pitched and slated roof.
