" This extended family home is situated in a popular residential turning within the Wisbech area and affords spacious room sizes throughout. This room overlooks the rear garden and can comfortably accommodate a family dining table. Located off the dining room is the study room with adjoining wet room complete with shower facility, low level flush WC and wash hand basin with cupboard surround. The kitchen is fitted with a range of eye and base level units with a four ring electric hob with oven and extractor hood over, integrated microwave, breakfast bar, pantry and stainless steel sink with drainer. There is a downstairs WC,utility room with plumbing for a washing machine and personal door providing rear access. To the first floor there are three bedrooms and the family bathroom which is fitted with a three piece suite to include a panel bath with separate shower over, low level flush WC and wash hand basin.
