The deceptively spacious, split-level accommodation on offer has been designed to fully appreciate the stunning views on offer. It is presented to the market in excellent decorative order throughout. The upper level contains a bright and spacious lounge-dining room, the kitchen and a single W.C. The lounge features a modern marble fire surround with a 'live coal' effect gas fire and from this room you can fully appreciate the ever-changing scenic panorama. The kitchen is adjacent to the lounge/diner and again looks West over Gourock; the counter -bases and wall-mounted units provide ample storage, and house integrated appliances (an electric ceramic hob with fan oven below and re-circulating extractor fan above, dishwasher and spaces for washing machine and tumble-dryer). The principle work surfaces have concealed supplementary fluorescent lighting. Adjacent to the lounge and kitchen is a single WC with port-hole window, white wash-basin and low-level toilet. At the entrance level is the family bathroom which has a modern white 3-piece suite; a Mira shower is over the bath and there is a folding glass shower-screen.
