Its Drumillan Hill, its good to go, you know they sell well up here simply because its a great residential area. They don't come up often and certainly not in this condition or in fact this position! This end terraced villa backs onto Ardgowan estate so privacy whilst sunning yourself in the south facing rear garden is never a problem. The estate basically is bordered by open countryside to the south and west which adds to the appeal when looking for somewhere truly pleasant to live.

The accommodation on offer within consists of a bright entrance vestibule with 8 pane glass door entering the lounge. It should be highlighted that this home is decorated throughout in tasteful neutral colours and is a credit to its current owners. The good sized lounge is set to the front and has an open stairwell leading to the upper level. The kitchen is set to the rear overlooking the garden grounds and has ample fitted floor and wall mounted storage units with contrasting black marble effect work surface and ceramic tiled splash back. The kitchen also includes a free standing gas cooker with oven and hob. There is external door access to the gardens.

The upper level has two bedrooms with bedroom one being set to the rear and enjoying real seclusion and privacy from the surrounding countryside. There are also views up to the Greenock cut and the surrounding hillside. Bedroom two is set to the front. The bathroom is very nicely finished indeed and consists of white three piece suite with thermostatic over bath shower with four wall mounted body sprays, folding glass shower screen and white marble effect ceramic wall tiles with decorative mosaic borders. This room is finished with stainless steel wall mounted towel radiator and wet wall ceiling with 6 halogen spots.

The property has gas central heating and double glazing.

The attractive rear garden has a raised decorative brick built patio area, further slabbed area with the remainder laid to lawn and just to recap it gets the sun all day!

Why view this one?
The last two bed terrace we had in this price range sold in jig time so there is a high demand for good quality housing in a good area and this fits the bill. The surrounding area to the south and west is completely rural and we like this, its just something a bit different and we know you will like it too. Its a mature estate and people who move here generally stay as not many houses come up for sale so its well worthy of a look. To also put things into perspective its the same price as a decent two bed flat, sorry but no competition there, this wins hands down every time!!!!
