" This semi-detached property is on a quiet residential road, close to the centre of Watlington. This well presented house has a living room, kitchen dining room, porch, cloakroom and a conservatory overlooking the garden. There are two double bedrooms and a shower room. The kitchen and bathroom are modern with contemporary fixtures and fittings. The heating is provided by electric heaters in each room and there are also double glazed windows. EPC rating: D. Watlington is an attractive and busy small town, set in the Chltern Hills, with a long history going back to the Doomsday book and beyond.
