Cumnor Hill is one of the favourite areas of residential buyers to the Western side of Oxford City, known for its eclectic mix of individual properties. The Hill itself is a few minutes walk away accessed in Turnpike Road, which enjoys impressive views over the countryside. There are also public transport links which can go to Oxford and Abingdon along with road links to the A34 and A420. The property lies on the lower slopes of Cumnor Hill, to the west of Oxford City Centre, with good access to the A34, leading to both the A4 and the M40 motorways which link to London, Heathrow, the Midlands and the West. There is a good range of everyday facilities in nearby Botley, including a shopping centre, the well regarded Matthew Arnold Secondary School, primary school, doctor's, dentist's surgeries, library and bank. The nearby village of Cumnor boasts a fine parish church, primary school, post office/store and two public houses.

This mature 1920s family home has been extended during the 1970s to provide flexible accommodation over two floors.
