From Norwich follow the A146 for Lowestoft. Continue past Beccles on the by-pass, travelling through Carlton Colville and on entering Oulton Broad continue on the main road crossing over the river bridge. At the roundabout, take the left turning just past The Wherry Hotel into Commodore Road. Continue to the 'T' junction and turn left into Caldicott Road. Proceed along passing the Broad on the left and turn left still on Caldicott Road, then turn right into Romany Road. Take the left turning into Broadview Road where Mayfield will be found towards the end of the road on the left hand side overlooking the broad.
