" Tucked away in the bottom of the cul-de-sac, this extended three bedroom detached bungalow, nestles into its corner plot.  The bungalow has been extended to include a generous size sitting/dining room that feeds nicely into the rear garden. There are three double bedrooms, one of which provides fitted wardrobes and cupboard storage. The master bedroom has been added and includes fitted wardrobes, useful drawer and cupboard storage, double doors allow access in to the garden space. This bedroom is further complimented by an en-suite wet room with wider door for accessibility.  There are two further bedrooms, both serviced by the main bathroom which been completely renovated.  The kitchen overlooks the mainly lawned front garden.

LOCATION Little Walsingham is a large picturesque village of considerable historic interest standing in the River Stiffkey valley some 4 miles from the North Norfolk coast which has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The pretty village of Walsingham attracts pilgrims, artists, birdwatchers and those seeking a slower pace of life. The village has many fine period cottages, offers good local shopping including a vibrant farm shop, and has a popular restaurant, a good pub and a primary school. It is well known throughout the country as a religious centre with pilgrimages to the Anglian Shrine and Slipper Chapel at nearby Houghton St Giles.
