" The Gables occupies an excellent position in the hamlet of Gwehelog and its location provides ample privacy from the front road while affording open views from the rear over its extensive garden to the fields beyond. In recent years refurbishment internally has included provision of a new LPG gas fired boiler providing central heating and the downstairs shower room has been refitted. Upgrades externally include UPVC eaves components and rain water goods and UPVC sealed unit double glazed replacement windows. Upstairs the existing dark room would appear to lend itself to a further habitable room if desired through the installation of a gable end window (subject to planning consent). The large plot provides gardens of uncommonly generous proportion with the rear in particular enjoying a warm aspect to the south and west.
