" A two bedroom detached bungalow with driveway and single garage.

The property is set back from the road with a pathway leading to the front door. The property is entered from the front aspect into an open and bright hallway, which has access to the kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom. The kitchenbreakfast room comprises of wall and base mounted units with undercounter space for necessary appliances and a breakfast bar area.
The bathroom is a white three piece suite, including a paneled bath with hand held shower, a low level WC, a pedestal basin, and a heated towel rail. The second bedroom is a comfortable double bedroom with a double glazed window overlooking the front patio and built in wardrobes. A few steps then lead down onto the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom is a good size double room with integrated wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. The large living room can accommodate all necessary furnishings and overlooks the conservatory.
