" A traditional two bedroomed semi detached bungalow situated in the quiet area of Kingsthorpe. The property is in need of renovation but presents accommodation comprising a lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. There is a private rear garden and a front garden also providing off road parking for two vehicles. Further benefits include PVCu double glazed windows and a replacement gas fired combination boiler.

ACCOMMODATION ENTRANCE HALL Entered via a part glazed timber framed door, there are doors leading to:- BEDROOM TWO 9'1 x 7'8 (2.77m x 2.34m) With a PVCu double glazed window to the front elevation and a radiator. LOUNGE 14'8 x 9'6 (4.47m x 2.90m) A PVCu double glazed bay window overlooks the front, there is a gas fire set on a hearth and both TV and telephone points. BEDROOM ONE 12'6 x 9'5 (3.81m x 2.87m) A double bedroom with a window to the rear elevation. SHOWER ROOM 5'6 x 5'1 (1.68m x 1.55m) Fully tiled wet room fitted with a Mira power shower, wash hand basin and WC. There is a wall mounted heater and a window to the side elevation. KITCHEN 8' x 6'7 (2.44m x 2.01m) Fitted with base cabinets under a stainless steel sink, there is space provided for a cooker, washing machine and a fridge/freezer. A window overlooks the rear garden, a door to the side elevation and there is a wall mounted Vaillant combination gas fired boiler. OUTSIDE FRONT Mainly laid to lawn with block paving providing off road parking for two vehicles. REAR GARDEN Mainly laid to lawn with a fence boundary and a brick built store. HOW TO GET THERE From Northampton town centre proceed in a northerly direction along the A508 towards Kingsthorpe. Continue past the Cock Hotel on the left hand side and bear left onto the A5199 Welford Road. Take the third turning into Manor Road and continue down the road turning right into Knights Lane. At the end of the road turn right onto Bishops Drive and the property can be found on the right hand side. SERVICES Main drainage, gas, water and electricity are connected.
