" SITUATION
Brigstock is an unspoilt medieval stone conservation village in Northamptonshire located south east of Corby. The village provides a range of amenities including two shops, two churches, a primary school, a village hall, a doctors surgery and two public houses. The centre of the village is characterised by stone-built houses. The property is located along the High Street on the north-western side of the village, set above Harpers Brook and falls within the Conservation Area.

THE PROPERTY
The property is a Grade II listed three storey stone house under Collyweston slate roof. The accommodation extends to approximately 1,692 sq ft (157.7 sq m). The ground floor comprises a large sitting room with an open fireplace, open plan kitchen diner with a large fireplace and a hallway leading to the courtyard to the side of the house. The first floor has two large bedrooms with built in wardrobes, a family bathroom and stairs to the second floor. The top floor consists of further two large bedrooms and a study/dressing area in the middle of the house which could also be used as a fifth bedroom. The courtyard was a former cottage with a cellar, which subject to relevant consents, lends itself to being another room.
Outside, there are several brick-built storage buildings and wooden sheds. The very large south west facing garden borders the Harpers Brook and has open views over the cricket pitch beyond.
