" Substantial detached family home with four double bedrooms, three bathrooms and deceptively spacious ground floor space. The gardens face due south and the front rooms benefit from beautiful valley views.

Ground Floor

A partially glazed composite door bordered by two glazed windows provides access in to the spacious hallway with stairs to the first floor and good sized recently refurbished WC beneath. The first door on the left provides entry into the living room with attractive fireplace providing a homely focal point and partial views across the valley. The room itself is of a good size with double doors through to the dining room where upon entering you are greeted by the first taste of the delightful well maintained gardens through double French doors. In turn, another door leads in to the kitchen dining room. The kitchen itself has an array of wall and floor mounted cabinets including integrated dishwasher and fridge. There is an inset 1.5 bowl sink with mixer tap and drainer perfectly positioned beneath a south facing window overlooking the gardens. There is ample countertop space, integrated oven, induction hob and extractor.

The dining portion of the kitchen offers a generous space for six seater dining table as well as an attractive arch which leads through in to the sunroom. Beautiful windows facing south, east and west ensure this is a wonderfully sunny space throughout the day. All three windows offer attractive views over the well landscaped gardens with stunning backdrop of mature trees, shrubs and bushes making this a delightful place to sit.

Beyond the living room lies the utility which has plumbing for a washer and dryer. There is an additional sink complimenting that of the kitchen, further countertop space and a variety of cupboards. This room also benefits from a back door which leads out to the rear gardens and an internal door providing access to the double garage.

First Floor

Stairs will newel posts and spindles lead to the first floor landing which is of a generous size and has a loft hatch into a partially boarded loft space. The principal bedroom lies to the front of the home and so benefits from attractive views across the valley. There are two windows ensuring this room streams with natural light and an attractive arched cubby situated over the stairs. A further arch leads into the dressing area which in turn provides access into the en-suite with two piece white suite, walk in shower and ladder style heated towel rail, again, this has been recently modernised.

The other front facing bedroom is another with a tremendous view. It also has the benefit of an en-suite with folding door walk in shower, low level WC and contemporary basin with cabinet beneath, wall mounted mirrors, fully tiled walls and a ladder style heated towel rail.

Two further double bedrooms lie to the rear of the home both overlook the rear garden; one has large double door wardrobes.

The final room on this floor is the recently modernised family bathroom; it is fully tiled with bath including hand held fitment, basin with drawers beneath, low level WC and ladder style towel rail.

Beautifully Landscaped Gardens

The majority of the gardens lie to the rear of the home which is south with an attractive brick pillar and fence boundary to the rear. The current owner has obviously maintained the garden well and although it is predominately laid to lawn it has a flagged patio lying adjacent to the house, good space down ether side and also a raised up decking area, perfect for enjoying the summer sun.

There is a lawned front garden, block paved double driveway and path leading up to the front door.
