The property was fully renovated by the current owner in March 2015. The flat is conveniently located on Queen Street which is less than 50 metres from an array of bars, restaurants and local amenities. Entry is via a communal staircase which has video entry system and is on the 3rd Floor of the building giving elevated views of the Tyne Bridge and Newcastle Quayside.

Once entering the flat, there is a small vestibule which then opens into a large dining/sitting room which is flooded with light from the two large sash windows that have secondary glazing. From the lounge, entry in to the separate kitchen can be found which has fully integrated appliance including washer dryer, dish washer, combination microwave/oven, separate oven, Fridge Freezer (70/30 split), Hob, Extraction and integrated bin. Again the kitchen benefits from a large window overlooking the central courtyard and decorative radiator.

The main bathroom is one of the best rooms in the flat. Split over 3 levels, the lower level has a open wetroom shower with large shower head and separate smaller head. One the second level there is His & Hers sinks which is set on old oak sleepers which straddles the levels. A freestanding bath and toilet finish the room. LED lighting is installed and also lighting under the sleepers giving a nice light in the evenings.

The main bedroom is large which comfortably takes a super king bed and benefits with an en-suite with shower, toilet and sink. The room again benefits from full LED lighting and two copper side lights which are operated from a separate switch.

The second bedrooms currently accommodates a Kingsize bed with room for bedroom furniture to be added. The room features large beam that runs the length of the room. This can be used at a large guest room or can easy accommodate full time use.

The current owner renovated the property to include new boiler, radiators, electrics, LED lighting, CAT 6 cables for TV and also HDMI cables back to the main storage cupboard. There is also speaker cable installed into the property which can be utilised at a later date by the new owner.

The refurbishment has provided truly one of the better period flats on the market and viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the quality of the finish.
