" Calling all first time buyers, perfect house to get that first step on the property ladder. Internally the house is everything you would expect from a Victorian property, two double bedrooms, cellar and bags of period character. The kitchen and bathroom have been upgraded to a modern finish and the rear garden is a respectable size and is very quiet considering the house is on a main road. The house is in a great position for access to the town centre and mainline railway station and other benefits include gas central heating and double glazed windows, which would make it more desirable to a first time buyer as all of the expensive things have been done. You could just go in and change the décor to suit your individual taste. The current owners have had many happy years in this house and are looking forward to their move and handing the keys over to the new owners. So come take a look for yourself.

What the Owner says:

We brought this house back in 2006 due to the fact that it is close to Rainham town centre and was ideal as we were first time buyers. We have had four very happy years here, but we need a bigger house as we have just started a family and need the extra space. We were also taken by the size of the garden as Victorian houses generally have small courtyards. As we sit outside you would not know the house is situated on the main A2, as it surprisingly quiet.
