" When this home originally came on the market approx. 8 years ago, there was huge demand due to its location and potential. Aware that it is positioned in one of the most desirable roads in the area and offering fantastic scope for an amazing family home, the current owners just had to have it.8 years on and as they say, ‘the rest is history’, but one thing the owners will not forget is the time, effort and money they have spent making this their ultimate family house.Not one aspect of this home has been left in its original state, with much care and attention made to be sympathetic to the style and age of the property. Rather than just replacing the windows that were in urgent need of repair, the owners used the highest quality available keeping to the same sash design that were in the original windows and maintaining the property’s character.In order to make this a modern home, additional features were added such as, en-suites, walk-in wardrobes and a bespoke kitchen with granite work surfaces and under floor heating. A major improvement on the property was to add an additional bedroom in the loft, which offers one of the best views in the house over open countryside towards the Thames River.

We feel our home now has that ‘WOW’ factor which is something we always set out to achieve. With high ceilings and many windows letting in light, it has a spacious and airy feel, but also many of the rooms provide a very comfortable and cosy feeling, making it an all round family home.It is such a quiet place to live and we never get tired of looking at the views. A huge benefit for us is being able to get onto the motorway in a matter of a few minutes, whether it is shopping at Bluewater or into London.
