" The vendors have extended and refurbished this property throughout, which in our opinion has been completed to a good standard. The decoration is neutral throughout allowing an incoming purchaser to enjoy living immediately, yet at the same time giving them the opportunity to put their unique style on it.

The vendors were originally attracted to this three bedroom home for the potential it had to offer, and the location, being within a wide array of all shopping, social facilities and schools. We think this home is well priced and ideal for first time buyers.

The property is complimented by a larger than average South facing rear garden which is a real feature of this lovely home, and also benefits from side access. There is a patio area which leads to the lawn via steps.

The kitchen is the most generous room of the house and this makes perfect sense as the majority of people spend a lot of their time there. All the living accommodation is open plan with the reception room being at the front of the house, then leading onto the dining area and kitchen. Its created a more sociable space being opened up.
The kitchen benefits from French doors leading onto the rear garden, which offer an abundance of natural light. There is a shower room located on the ground floor and is just off the entrance hall; making it easy accessible.

Upstairs offers two double bedrooms, and the third which is currently being used as a study but would also be perfect for a nursery. There is also a bathroom.

Other benefits include a driveway to the front with side pedestrian access.

The vendor's thoughts

"We loved living in this road and like many of our neighbours it was our first home. The road is friendly and is ideally located, within walking distance of several popular primary schools as well as a secondary and two grammar schools. The south facing garden is great in the summer for capturing the sun all day long and has seen many happy times with friends and family, but the kitchen was my favourite room of the house."

Other useful information.

In accordance with the section 21 of the estate agents act 1979 we declare there is a personal interest in the sale of this property - the vendor is a friend of an employee of Dockside Property Services.
