" Get up in the morning, getting ready for work or school, step outside the front door and in a short walk you are faced with local bus stops, mainline rail stations and the town centre. Location is everything and having everything on the doorstep is a huge time saver and convenience.
However, this coupled with an entertaining rear garden of generous proportions means externally this house has everything you could need from a two bedroom period cottage. This sounds exciting but what about the inside I hear you ask, well... Modern design coupled with periodic features such as open fireplace, wood stripped flooring and a usable cellar, currently as an extension to living space, are all features taken from many refurbished houses losing their identity.
This should not deter from the fact that both kitchen and bathrooms have been modernised to appeal to all sorts of buyers and with two double bedrooms upstairs leave the question to be asked what more could you want from a home?

What the Owner says:

This house was perfect for us, the ease of being able to have access to all local amenities was a major selling point to us. We needed a second bedroom able to house visiting guests and the additional space of the cellar has provided many a function such as parties and poker games. We have updated the property in the time we have been here but kept many features and love to have a real fire at times. Since having a baby we have decided that we really need a larger house to accommodate a growing family as well as having enough space for guests to stay, we love this house but it is time to leave it to someone who will enjoy it as we have.
