The kitchen has fitted units with freestanding washing machine, fridge/freezer and integrated four gas hob and oven. The reception room has a gas fireplace and double aspect windows overlooking the gardens. There is a large double bedroom and the bathroom has a white suite with electric shower over bath. The property has gas central heating and double glazing throughout. Located on the north side of the town with easy access to the M2/M20 motorways and Bluebell Hill. Local shops, park and a pub/restaurant are all within walking distance of the property. The landlord of this property will not consider pets, or anyone in receipt of housing benefit.

Penenden Heath is set on the north side of Maidstone offering a local village community with parade of shops and pub and restaurant. The Heath holds various events particularly during the summer with the Fete held each July and local football matches during the weekends. Maidstone town centre is ranked in the top five shopping centres in the south east of England and with more than one million square feet of retail floor space, in the top 50 in the UK. Trains from here also run to Paddock Wood.
