" Built approximately in the 50's and updated by the current owners, this three bedroom semi detached house, with well planned and sized accommodation is an ideal family home. The rear garden measures approximately 60' with plenty of room for the children to play in, and the off road parking at the front can easily take a couple of vehicles. The canal is close by and offers a picturesque setting for any keen dog walker.Since living here the current owners have added the conservatory, patio, decking, replaced the boiler and hot water tank, fitted double glazing, laminate flooring and the block driveway, so it is just a case of moving your belonging in and putting the kettle on.Realistically priced to attract interest in a competitive market we feel this property will be snapped up within a short period of circulation and as such an early viewing is strongly recommended.

What the Owner says:

The fact the property was a mess did not deter us, the garden looked like something from the day of the triffids! We could visualise what could be done and over the years we have set about improving our home.It was the large kitchen and garden that attracted us here and the convenience of the location, everything is within walking distance. The neighbours have been superb and it is a lovely community, and is also very quiet. We hope that we are as luck with our next home.
