" Don't like flats because of all the stairs? Don't worry here, because this apartment is on the ground floor. This will make it easy for you to bring all your shopping in. These type of flats are popular with first time buyers, those that are downsizing from a house and landlords because of the size of the accommodation that is on offer and the value for money this represents. There are two double bedrooms on offer meaning you could pick either for your main bedroom. The lounge measurements approximately 16ft and has the benefit of overlooking the communal garden.
There is a communal car park for residence use - always very handy in this day and age. It is offered for sale with vacant possession and is ready for you to move into now!

What the Owner says:

When we moved to this country we wanted an area that we felt was cool and calm. Rochester was recommended to us as such an area. We picked this flat as we wanted to be out of the town centre. We wanted to bring our children up in a good, quiet area, with good schools. We have been really happy with their attendance at the St William of Perth School. This particular flat ticked all of our boxes at the time as it is on the ground floor, meaning no stairs. It is also very well laid out and has a very spacious feel with a good sized lounge and two double bedrooms. We were also very grateful for the communal parking. It gave us a real peace of mind that we had somewhere to park the car.
