Wilton Street is ideally located for public transport as it is walking distance to Whitefield Metro link and has modern cafe's and restaurants on its doorstep. There is currently very strong demand for these period terraces and they are selling quickly!We are thrilled to offer for sale this superb three double bedroomed home which is set over three floors. The vendors have gone to great lengths to retain many of the original features and the property comprises of an entrance hall, spacious bright lounge, spacious open plan dining kitchen. On the first floor there are two bright double bedrooms and a modern family bathroom, the second floor offers a third double bedroom with plenty of eaves storage.

What The Owner Says
We have always loved this house. It is modern, comfortable and spacious, but it still retains many of the lovely old Victorian features. We are particularly enamoured of the three storey town-house style of the property, and we will really miss the large attic bedroom when we move. The location has been very convenient for us with shops, restaurants, bars, nurseries and schools just a short stroll away. The transport links are excellent, the tram-stop is only 5 minutes walk away and access to the M60 is close by. There are also pleasant parks and playgrounds in the area, and you really couldn't ask for nicer neighbours. We can sincerely say we will be sad to leave our home on Wilton Street, but the time has come for us to relocate. We hope we can find a new home just as comfortable as this one.

The front door leads into the lounge which is spacious and bright with feature wood effect flooring, original coved ceiling, attractive living flame gas coal fire, most attractive sash window.
