" Currently a three/four bedroom detached bungalow this property offers versatile accommodation throughout but also ripe for further development subject to the usual planning permissions and building consents. Accommodation comprises of spacious entrance hall with staircase leading to a loft room. From the hallway there is access to the three bedrooms off the hallway on the right. The master at the front of the property has a bay window. Stepping down from the master bedroom you have a dressing room and ensuite shower room which is fully tiled and has a storage area beyond. The other two bedrooms are of a similar size with the third bedroom being serviced also by its own ensuite. The living room is some 24ft x 13 and has french doors leading to a conservatory with similar dimensions. The living space benefits from having a natural stone fireplace which could be a feature of this room. The kitchen just off of the living space has a range of eye and base level units and comes with all of the usual built in appliances such as four ring gas hob, extractor fan and double eye level ovens. Furthermore you have a double stainless steel sink inset to the worktops over the units. The family bathroom is very well done with bath with mixer taps, wash hand basin, low level w/c and bidet. Externally to the front you have a brick wall to the front boundary with steel gates giving security to the front. You can comfortably fit five cars on the drive which is predominantly laid to shingle. There is a path that meanders from the driveway to the front door. To the rear the garden is mainly laid to lawn and has a fish pond inset. There is a summer house, shed and wendy house that are all being left by the current owner. This property really does offer superb accommodation throughout and could be improved and added to by the new owner. Viewing is highly recommended. Turn right until you get to the A6 mini roundabout and take the 3rd exit A6 towards Bedford. Follow down until another roundabout 2nd exit there staying on the A6. After that roundabout there is a small layby turning right. Turn there and the property is in front of you. "
