" The owner is selling this property in Holbeck due to a move abroad. Looking for a quick sale to a cash buyer.

It is a 1920's terraced house in a quiet street, on the better end of a small estate which is being improved right now, with new houses and green areas.

The house has a new roof, and is structurally sound, with 2 beds, large living room, bathroom, and very large basement kitchen.

There is also a loft, which had planning permission for another staircase and loft conversion, although there should be no problems on the renewal, but this is not guaranteed of course.

A new top-of-the-range boiler has been fitted. This heats the house, via radiators in every room, each fitted with an independent thermostat. It also heats the water, and the temperature can be controlled. There are many plug-sockets around the house, too.

However, it will need re-wiring before letting to meet the safety standards, but at this asking price this should not be an issue. This is reflected in the asking price of n++79,000.
