Maes Awel is a much sought after cul de sac in a superb position in Abersoch Village, within 0.3 mile of the excellent shops, pubs and restaurants. The main beach is also within 0.5 mile as well as the 18 hole golf course and South Caernarfonshire Yacht Club.

A sunken circular barbeque area is a particular feature and includes its own natural wood burning fireplace. A purpose made Chess / Draughts board lies beneath the balcony and to the side there are further patio areas to enjoy the early evening sunshine in a secluded part of the garden. Note - a land registry plan is available which denotes the boundaries of the property.
