" Very attractive, detached, bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with access to the walks along the River Ysgethin.

Constructed in approximately 1991 the property has a black and white spa finish under a slated roof. Medallion electric heating (night storage heaters with split economy afternoon and evening heating) and thermostatically controlled panel heaters. Fully double-glazed units throughout the property and a spacious conservatory at the rear of the bungalow leads to a secluded rear garden.
