" 3,Bodlondeb is a substantial mid terraced property of traditional stone construction under a slated roof. The property is located on the outskirts of the town in a slightly elevated position and affords some spectacular views to the rear over the town to open countryside and Mawddach Estuary in the distance.

The present owner has lived in the property for over 30 yrs and has over recent years lovingly refurbished the property to a high standard retaining many of its original features.
