" A traditional bay fronted detached family home situated in this quiet cul-de-sac location. The property itself is situated on a generous plot and would benefits from some cosmetic improvement. The property has gas fired central heating and is partially double glazed. The property is offered with no onward chain and viewing is considered essential. The accommodation is entered via a glazed timber front door into entrance hall which has stairs rising to the first floor with built in storage cupboard and doorways giving access to the following accommodation. The lounge has a single glazed bay window overlooking the front elevation with picture rail, window to the side elevation, electric coal effect fire with tiled hearth and backcloth and wooden surround, separate dining room, wall mounted gas fire with picture rail, UPVC French doors leading to the rear garden.
