This is a two bedroom mid town house that is well presented and benefits from gas central heating and double glazing. The accommodation briefly comprises of a lobby, living room, impressive fitted dining kitchen, upstairs we have landing with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Location

Fairfax Road is located approximately 3.5 miles north of Leicester city centre. It is situated in an established residential locality and offers access to the inner ring road. The inner road giving us access to the A road networks of north Leicestershire, ie the A16 and A50 northbound. It is also within access for local shopping facilities in Thurmaston which incorporates a Asda superstore and is also within access to Tesco shopping centre. It is also within access for bus routes in and out of Leicester city centre and local shops, restaurants on the Uppingham Road.

Proceed out of Leicester city centre in a northerly direction along Catherine Street, continue along Catherine Street all the way to the very top. Catherine Street will then become Barkby Road, whilst on Barkby Road proceed under the railway bridge which will then become Fairfax Road. Continue along Fairfax Road where the property can be found positioned and clearly identified on the right hand side by the Your Move for sale board.
