This stunning property is located in the heart of the popular and sought after village of Old Dalby which is within easy reach of the A46, Leicester, Nottingham, Loughborough and Melton Mowbray. Standing in half an acre of landscaped gardens this 18th Century, Grade II listed Cottage is set back on a very quiet lane, within a few steps to open countryside walks and paths, yet at the heart of Old Dalby village. It offers an abundance of period features, including inglenook fireplaces and original beams. The property comprises of 3 or 4 bedrooms (3 large bedrooms upstairs and a large room downstairs, currently laid out as a study). A large dining kitchen with gas fuelled Aga, plus conventional oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge leads to a 'Snug' with open fireplace. There is a separate utility room and downstairs cloakroom with WC.

To the first floor there are a further three large bedrooms, the master having an ensuite with shower and bath and a dressing room. There is also a family bathroom with claw foot bath.

The property has electric gates opening onto a large off road parking area and patio area at the rear of the property. There is half an acre of landscaped gardens.

Twelve month minimum term. There is an additional ?50 pcm contribution towards gardener for maintenance of the landscaped gardens. One small pet permitted.
