Introduction A spacious detached three bedroom bungalow with two reception rooms on the fringes of the popular market town of Prestiegne. The property has gardens to the front and rear with off road parking, a garage and has wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. This property offer spacious accommodation with oil fired heating and uPVC double windows.

 

The accommodation comprises: entrance hall, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, bathroom, WC and garage.

 
Property description The front door leads into the open hall with white timber doors leading off to the various accommodation. The living room is to to the front with a fantastic view across the countryside and a feature fireplace with an electric effect fire. The dining room is to the rear with a door leading into the kitchen which has a laminate tiled floor, white wall and base units, integrated oven and hob and space for a fridge and freezer. There are three bedrooms, two of which are doubles and the third would make a useful study. The bathroom is fitted with a white suite and a separate WC.

 
Gardens and parking The property has gardens to the front and rear with driveway parking for a number of vehicles. The front garden is mainly laid to lawn with a gravelled edge running up the side and across the front of the property.
