Location - 16 Cavendish Street is a sought after residential area which attracts families, professionals and academics. Excellent local schools including Dallas Road Primary are also within easy walking distance, as is the railway station and the city centre.

The Ground Floor - Entering the property from the front garden you will be greeted by the original mosaic tiled vestibule.
