About the location Ashwood Court is a modern apartment development which stands at the bottom of Bridge Road, on the corner of Ashton Road built approx 1996. This location is excellent, being on the edge of the city centre, yet perfectly located for the hospital and universities.

Regular busses pass by both on Ashton Road and on Scotforth Road at the top of the hill. Lancaster City Centre is within easy walking distance and canal side walks are also not far away. . What we like... We really like how well this apartment has been looked after. The owner bought this property as an investment home and has been rented out for over 15 years.
