" A TRADITIONAL FAMILY HOME WITH BAY VIEWS TO THE REAR AND A WEST FACING GARDEN AREA! We love Park Avenue, it's such a quiet street and in such a great location close to Williamson Park and the Boys Grammar. This home is a traditional family property which offer so much potential. Yes, it's dated, however it is upvc double glazed and gas central heated. We also love how it's not overlooked, the garden faces west and there are excellent views. A must see.

THE LOCATION Park Avenue is a quiet cul-de-sac located in popular Bowerham, offering a wide range of amenities close by including shops, schools and churches. Only minutes away are the hospital and University of Cumbria. There are regular bus routes giving easy access into the City centre. Williamson park is nearby and offers great woodland walks and fantastic views to Morecambe Bay and the Lake District. There are also excellent views from this property across Lancaster and over Morecambe Bay. It's not hard to see why this location is becoming increasingly popular with growing families. THE PROPERTY OVERVIEW Park Avenue is a traditional semi detached home which has been in the same family ownership for over 70 years. Whilst the home has been well cared for, it does require some works of updating which includes re-wiring. There are excellent views from the rear bedroom, over the rooftops of Lancaster and across to Morecambe Bay. OUTSIDE Park Avenue is set back from the road by a small forecourt garden area. A driveway leads down the side of the home to a detached garage.
