Offering 3 bedrooms, buyers will find a sensible living space with 2 inter connecting reception rooms and a fitted kitchen in white. The bathroom is the original and there's a host of other original features. This home may bit a little old fashioned, however it's been well maintained. We like how it's got an excellent outlook with views over the park in front. No chain, book to see.

The city centre is within walking distance however regular transport links pass and stop close by, making it ideal for those who prefer to leave the car at home! THE PROPERTY OVERVIEW Torrisholme Road is a traditional 3 bed bay fronted semi detached home. Well maintained, buyers will find a property which offers 2 separate reception rooms (connected by double French doors) and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom are both the original but due to that fact the original picture rails, internal doors and tiled fireplaces have also been retained. This home does however benefit from being upvc double glazed and in recent years the home has been re-roofed with the insulation also improved. Book to see! Original doors from here lead through to the ground floor living rooms and kitchen.
The reception rooms are both presented in soft shades of cream and both have features that include the original tiled fireplaces and painted picture rails. A large bay window looks out of the front of the home over Ryelands Park in front, whilst to the rear the dining room looks to the garden.
The kitchen whilst workable is fitted with units in white, these however are the original and as such a buyer will wish to update them. They are however in excellent condition and have been well looked after!
