The property is situated in Springbourne Road which in turn runs off St Michael’s Church Road in the popular St Michael’s Hamlet area of South Liverpool. St Michael’s railway station is within easy reach of the property and there are excellent shopping facilities along Aigburth Road along with many bars and restaurants along Lark Lane.  Recreation facilities can be found at nearby Sefton Park and there are excellent road and rail links bringing Liverpool City Centre and Liverpool 1 experience within easy reach.  The property offers accommodation over three floors.  Ground floor comprising: entrance hall, lounge open plan to dining room.  Kitchen.  To the first floor landing there are two bedrooms, bedroom two having an attached dressing room / study room.  Family bathroom / wc .  A spiral staircase takes you to the attic room where there is a further bedroom with en suite shower room/  wc.  Outside there is a yard with gated access.  The property has partial double glazing, a gas central heating system and is being offered with no chain.
