" This is a substantial house that offers a versatile and flexible configuration to the ground floor, which is ideal for any growing family. The spacious entrance porch has a tiled floor and leads to a good sized hallway which has lovely parquet flooring. A door leads to a nice sized sitting/dining room which are open plan to each other but are split into two well defined areas and both have parquet flooring throughout. The sitting room has a gorgeous cast iron feature fireplace with tile inserts and this lovely room is double aspect over the rear garden which can be accessed via double glazed sliding patio doors.
