" This attractive three double bedroom Victorian semi detached family home has been beautifully refurbished to a lovely standard, creating a fabulously modern, crisp, fresh look. Light, bright and airy and decorated in neutral colours throughout, this wonderful home is ready to move straight into and is chain free.

The scene is set the moment you enter the extremely large entrance hall, which has fabulous wooden flooring throughout which extends into the lovely dining room. The large front reception room is decorated in fresh light colours throughout and is beautifully bright which is aided by the large bay sash windows. This lovely room also has an attractive feature fireplace with a wooden surround and a slate hearth making it a fabulous room in which to relax. The superb double aspect kitchen / dining room is split into two well defined areas, but combine beautifully to make a wonderful entertaining space and the true hub of the house. The large dining room has a lovely wooden floor and again is beautifully lit, aided by the high ceilings and fabulous bay sash windows.
