" A classic Chown house in one of East Horsley's premier and most sought after private roads. Located towards the end of The Warren, this 4 bedroom family home has a very welcoming feel as well as a great secluded south westerly facing garden for the children to play safely in, plus in our opinion, subject to normal planning consents, scope to extend further. Once inside, from the large central hallway with its original oak wood flooring, all the principal reception areas are accessed. To the left, the main living room has a lovely warm feel with its feature bay window and doors on to the rear terrace and garden beyond, as well as a brick fireplace and its stone hearth and built in book shelves to either side. The dining room, again with its original oak flooring, can easily seat 8 people for those formal dinner parties and has a large bay window giving lovely views down the rear garden. The kitchen with its tiled floor has extensive base and eye level storage units behind the Shaker style doors, all this is topped with granite work tops as well as built in fridge/freezer and Bosch dishwasher. From here, the family room is ideal for those informal occasions to either sit and watch TV, or to read a book. Our clients currently use the additional reception room as a study, but this alternatively could be used as a down stairs bedroom for either an au-pair or relative, as the room adjoins the shower room. Upstairs are the 4 principal bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes with the main bedroom having en-suite bath which has a tiled floor and white suite. The other bedrooms have use of the family bathroom with its white suite and shower over the bath and heated towel rail.

To the front, an in and out drive provides parking for a number of cars, as well as giving access to the double garage which has power and light. The rear garden is a major feature of this family home and enjoys a south westerly aspect and extends to over 1/2 an acre, which is a lovely private area for the children to play safely in. Mainly laid to lawn it is flanked with shaped beds containing mature plants and shrubs. As well as a greenhouse for those with green fingers, there is also a timber shed for storage and a large terrace which runs the length of the back of the house and is ideal for those summer barbecues.
