" This lovely two bedroom end of terrace cottage is beautifully presented throughout and is ready to move straight into. The nice size front reception room has lovely wood flooring and a very attractive cast iron open feature fire place with beautiful tile inserts and decorated in neutral colours it is a wonderful room in which to relax. The dining room leads separately off the sitting room and also has lovely wood flooring, overlooks the pretty rear garden and can be accessed via double glazed double doors. The kitchen also has a rear garden view and a good range of fitted units and work surfaces to include an oven, a four ring gas hob with extractor hood above and there is space for a free standing fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is a good size separate utility room with its own window and includes a cupboard and work surface and there is space and plumbing for a washer/dryer and it also houses the boiler.

Stairs lead to the first floor landing and there are new carpets to the stairs, the landing and both bedrooms. The large master bedroom has an excellent range of fitted wardrobes and a very pretty cast iron feature fireplace and fabulous seasonal views over Sandown race course. Light, bright and airy, it is decorated in neutral colours, as is double bedroom two which overlooks the rear garden. Both bedrooms are perfectly serviced by a good size family bathroom consisting of a four piece suite to include a panel enclosed bath with a Victorian style shower attachment, a WC, a pedestal wash hand basin and a separate shower cubicle with a shower.
