Located within one of the most sought after and established residential locales in the North Ayrshire coastal town of Largs, Bowen Craig is a delightful development directly adjacent to the beach at Pencil Bay on the south side of town. Set amidst landscaped garden grounds, direct access is afforded to the beach by a locking gate set within the stone wall boundary. Built by Messrs Tay Homes in the late 1980's for the one and only owners this first floor flat occupies arguably one of the finest positions within the whole development.
