Located to the south west of Diss the property is within a short walking distance of the town centre and attractive Mere, found in a small, select and well maintained development consisting of similar properties with a friendly and pleasing atmosphere within. The historic market town of Diss is found on the South Norfolk border within the beautiful countryside surrounding the Waveney Valley. The town offers an extensive range of day to day amenities and facilities with the benefit of a mainline railway station connecting to London, Liverpool Street and Norwich. 

The Parkside Court development was constructed in the mid 1980's by Dencora as a purpose built retirement complex of some 40 or so flats. The property is a bright and airy leasehold flat located at first floor level and providing spacious lateral living.
