The Property
The front door opens into the sitting room, an attractive room with a sash window and fireplace (not currently used)but could accommodate a wood
burning stove. The kitchendiner, at the rear has a range of Ikea freestanding white base units with solid wood and stainless steel worktops, an integrated dishwasher. electric oven and ceramic hob with a stylish circular extractor hood over with ceramic tiled flooring. There is plenty of space for a dining table and chairs. A stable door opens to the rear garden. Stairs rising from the kitchen lead to the bedrooms and bathroom. The main Bedroom to the front of the house is a great size, and again has a sash window and stripped pine flooring. Bedroom two is used as a a guest bedroom and study, has space for a double bed and benefits from a good sized built-in cupboard, with stripped pine flooring and cast iron fireplace. The bathroom comprises a bath with
thermostatic shower over, w.c. and hand basin. This excellent property also benefits from gas central heating. 

Outside
To the rear is a pretty cobbled patio with brick steps up to a gravelled area and the brick & pantile outbuilding. Currently used for storage, however it could make a good utility room if power was connected and it is also fitted with a w.c. There is a gate giving the owner pedestrian access to the rear of the adjoining properties for bins etc.

On-road residents permit parking is available directly outside, currently costs £30 a year
