" Wensleydale Avenue has always been a popular road in Clayhall. Many people have extended their properties on Wensleydale due to the width of the properties. The balance of accommodation is fantastic, the fitted kitchen is a good size and the through lounge a great size.
Upstairs the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes or built in cupboards and the frontage provides a lot of parking.
At the back the garden will be great for entertaining or for children, with three brick built storage sheds and a garage, people can make use of these for all kinds of hobbies or storage.
To the front of the property there is plenty of room for off road parking and there is side access leading to the rear garden which has a paved patio area, an outside tap, eating apple tree, a lawned area with attractive borders and shrubs and three brick built sheds one of which has power connected. There is also a garage at the rear with an up-and-over door and has power and light connected.

What the Owner says:

We have enjoyed living on Wensleydale Avenue as it is very quiet and we have got to know most of our neighbours. Our through lounge has been great at Christmas time and for other family gatherings and we have really liked the fact our garden is so private. We have some shops nearby which is always handy and its great to have open fields at the bottom of the garden!
As much as we love our property, we have decided to move out into the country where we can enjoy a quieter life in a smaller property.
