" This is a really lovely example of a beautifully presented ready to move into first time buyer property. Having uPVC double glazing it provides well proportioned accommodation consisting of a good sized lounge with bay plus spacious dining kitchen with patio doors out to the rear garden and there is also a small but useful cellar. There are two first floor bedrooms both of which are of double size with built in furniture with the main bedroom also having the benefit of an en-suite shower room and this is in addition to the modern three-piece house bathroom. A floored loft with light accessed by a pull down ladder from the landing provides useful storage space. There are well presented landscaped gardens to both front and rear with parking to the front also.
