The kitchen / diner has patio doors to the enclosed rear garden. To the first floor are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Gardens and parking To the front of the property is a tarmac driveway which provides off road parking for two vehicles and a lawn area. The rear garden is enclosed by fencing and is mainly laid to lawn with a paved patio area. There is also a single garage. Location Situated in a small development to the north eastern outskirts of the city, with a number of amenities in walking distance including a supermarket, Tesco Express garage, cinema, railway station and riverside walks.
