" Situated on a highly sought after residential cul-de-sac road on the outskirts of Beaconsfield, is this spacious detached family house. Positioned in a 'tucked away' position towards the conclusion of the road and sitting within a plot of gardens and grounds of just over half an acre.

The house has well balanced accommodation arranged over two floors, providing internal space of around 3,500 sq ft, which includes the attached double garage. Current accommodation is accessed via a well proportioned reception hall with parquet flooring leading to the remaining ground floor accommodation, as well as stairs to the first floor. On the ground floor there is the formal sitting room with triple aspect and doors leading through to the L-shaped conservatory. Sliding doors from this sitting room lead to the dining room and also to the kitchen breakfast room which is also accessed from the hallway and is fitted with a good range of floor and wall mounted units and fitted appliances of double oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge. An inner lobby leads through to the utility room, boot room and family room - these rooms can also be accessed via their own entrance which could be converted to an annexe.   The study, fitted with book units, and cloakroom completes the ground floor accommodation.

On the first floor is the dual aspect master bedroom fitted with a comprehensive range of fitted wardrobes and has an en-suite bathroom.   The four further bedrooms all benefit from fitted wardrobes and are serviced by the family bathroom.

Situation
The house is located at the conclusion of Drews Park, which is approximately 1.6 miles away from Beaconsfield Railway Station in the New Town. This provides a direct service to London Marylebone on the Chiltern Line (approx. 30 mins). Beaconsfield provides an array of local amenities, shops and is highly popular for its local schooling options.

Outside
A block paved driveway leads to the house and garaging, providing ample and attractive off street parking for a number of vehicles. The grounds and gardens thereafter surround the house and it is well positioned within its 0.56 acre plot. The gardens provide areas of both lawn and terrace with mature boundaries.    There are generous areas of outside space for all the family. "
